You will get a Dedicated Staff Accountant and Bookkeeper with Netsuite, Quickbooks, Xero expertise building great client relationships by:
• Maintaining integrity of the general ledger with regards to GAAP.
• Assisting with establishing and maintaining the organization’s accounting practices, processes, procedures, and initiatives.
• Performing all activities in the accounts payable function to ensure timely payment of vendor invoices and check requests.
• Inventory reconciliation, parts creation, and building material and routing updates.
• Compiling and analyzing financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts.
• Analyzing financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital.
• Preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize current and projected company financial position.
• Assist Controller by providing analysis in such areas as process performance, line efficiency, capital spending, inventory management, customer service objectives, production costing, and cost reduction.
