I will call in to your place of business to conduct a mystery shopping experience where your employees will be tested in a mock call transaction. Through this you will be able to hear exactly what your customer's experience truly is when they speak to your business. With this project you will receive a detailed report of the call including any specific questions that had been released to me during the offer process. Also depending on the laws in your state you will receive a professional audio recording of the call for your use in training and development of your employees.

While Andrew has a good voice for recording, working with him has not been easy. He did follow instructions very well. When it comes to cooperation, this does not exist. We found some mistakes in his work. He read incorrectly ± as to. I had to pay another freelancer to fix them because he wanted to delay the corrections. His mistakes could have been fixed in 20-30 minutes, but he decided to return in 4 days. I have never dealt with such an uncooperative freelancer before. This is his response: What that means is that you have had these files for quite a long time and to ask me now out of the blue to do a fix will have to wait. I can not just drop my other work for yours. Now if you would like me to fix it I can but it will be over the weekend. If not then I understand and we can leave it at that.
