The People Practices Audit will assess your current hiring processes and identify potential bottlenecks, discrepancies, and ways in which your processes can be improved to better recruit diverse applicants and retain diverse talent. The Audit will also includes the review of your company’s written HR materials. We will provide recommendations with the goal of improving the inclusivity of your workplace culture.

The Audit is a 5-step process. This process includes communicating to staff about the company’s plans to assess HR practices and recruitment, collecting relevant information from the Human Resources and Recruitment teams, conducting staff interviews, analyzing collected data, and presenting the results.
