2-Hour Dubsado Setup (or Revamp) Strategy & Mapping Zoom Session.
The Strategy & Mapping Session will be recorded for your reference. I use a tool called Milanote to visually map your processes & setup needs. You'll be given edit access to your board and can also download the finalized plan as a pdf.
After your session, I will tidy up your mapping board and also provide you with a detailed action plan so that you can implement the setup into your account.
This project also includes a pre-session questionnaire to gather key details about your business and setup needs. You will be given 2 preparation videos to watch (before your mapping session) if you are new to Dusbsado (or a bit tech shy).
I feel it's important for you to have an understanding of the key functionality that Dubsado provides to streamline your client process. That way we can jump right in & get focused on determining the best setup strategy for your business during your session.
*Please note that setup/revamp mapping and action plan will only cover what we can get to in the 2 hours. If you have a complex client process or multiple services another session may be needed.
