I will work closely with my client to understand the needs, create a position description if one is not available, detailing required skills, expectations, and deadlines.
Sourcing/attracting candidates.
Provide a list of recruiting channels, and post the role using either an in house ATS or external. Once applications are received candidates sourced, I will review all applications/resumes.
