You will get a very versatile model adapted to hospitality assets, that is able to valuate the investment through a business exploration perspective. The starter model calculates the value of the asset through the most (and less) classic hospitality indicators not only through fixed values in case there is a P&L history of the asset available, but also through costs that are based upon %'s of the unit's income projections.
The Standard model offers the same as the starter, but also includes an income approach, in case the asset at hand is or is to be rented.
Finally, our most advanced option, comes with everything the starter and standard model offers, plus the option to finance your investment, with financing assumptions already in place.

Professional background from two of the biggest asset management companies operating in Portugal - Finangeste and Square Asset Management - first as a real estate manager where I managed a portfolio of about 640 units worth 50M+, focusing mainly on sales and lease negotiation. The second is the largest national independent real estate investment fund in Portugal, with about 1.4B in AUM, where I focused on analysing investments, may those be on acquisitions or ongoing projects.
Currently I work as a Valuations Consultant at JLL Portugal, pertaining to one of the Big 4 real estate consultancy multinational companies.
