You'll have an expert doing full-cycle recruitment for your business. Whether your requirements are Technical or Non Technical positions to fill.
What I do:
• Passive Candidate Sourcing
• Connect with Candidates through Linkedin
• Screen & properly qualify candidates for the role before sending their profile
• Meet with Hiring managers and present a minimum of 5 qualified to overqualified candidates
• Engage with candidates selected by the hiring manager to proceed to the interview process
• Excite the candidate on pursuing the role & what you need from them in the current and future
• Schedule Hiring Manager and Candidates availability via Calendly
• Handle all communication between the candidate and hiring manager for scheduling throughout the interview process.
• Consult candidates through the offer stage and contract negotiation to align with your needs
• Post-placement follow-up with candidate to ensure they are happy in their role. This secures long-term commitment
