I would help you to communicate and move to the next steps in medium and high-conflict situations with your business partners, employees, ex-partners, relatives, neighbors, etc.
I would serve you as a neutral and caring 3rd party in situations when parties have to communicate to reach an agreement but don't have the desire to communicate directly, or going around in circles without any solution
My success rate in mediation and difficult conversations is 80%.
How it works:
If you have an agreement to use 3rd party, both parties should buy my standard package - I'll share simple confidentiality agreements to sign.
I'll share a link to choose a convenient time for you to set up an initial 30 min video call conversation - together or separately, based on your preferences.
If there is no agreement to use 3rd party/mediation, get my Basic package which includes consultation and an attempt to convince the other party to participate and share with them the benefits of the process (20% success rate).

I'll share a simple confidentiality agreement with both parties. In a few words, it's a commitment to keep confidential all conversations and acknowledgment that a mediator can't be used as a witness.
