In one week, you will get a smooth and effortless new process or workflow for your projects. The project willconsist of
1) Kick-off call (45 mins): Purpose: select the one process and define success. Structure: 5-min intro, 15-min process walkthrough, 10-min pain points, 10-min success criteria, 5-min recap.
2) Mini-review (1 day): Purpose: map the process and highlight friction points.
Actions:
• Review materials (docs, screenshots, sample trackers)
• Build simple linear/swimlane process map (roles, steps, handoffs)
• Identify 2–3 friction points + 1–2 enablers
• Draft internal 'Process Snapshot' for discussion
Questions:
• What’s the one process that feels messy or slow?
• Who’s involved and where do handoffs happen?
• What tools are used (sheets, LIMS, Slack, email)?
• What creates delays or rework most often?
• If it worked perfectly next month, what would be different?
3) Action call (45 mins): Purpose: present findings and agree actions. Deliverable: 2-page Process Clarity Report (page 1: current map; page 2: 3 quick wins + next steps)
