I have a long history of developing and improving Real Estate Financial Models, being a former CFO of a group of companies which developed 215.000 sqm (2.3 million ft²) industrial developments (greenfield and brownfield) and +1000 units of single and multi-family residential developments.
My experience of having raised +60 million USD in Commercial Bank Loans and negotiating large deals of 10-100 Million USD with Private Equity and Venture Capital Investors, would bring high value to this project, as the strategic level experience is built into the financial models I build.

First draft of the Financial Model
Based on the information provided during our first meeting, I will draft a dynamic Financial Model which can simulate a number of scenarios by adjusting a limited number of variables (size, pricing, development timeline, rental/sales rhythm)
First Revision of the Financial Model
Based on the first draft, we would have a second meeting to fine tune the model and agree on the variables and the assumptions that went behind those.
