The Recruiting & Retention Consultation is for those who need recruiting and/or retention planning and/or current work evaluated whether for a business, start up, pre-launch, individual projects, etc. The consultations will take place in the form of virtual meetings, with varying amount of time and/or number of meetings depending on the package purchased. There are 10 different subcategories of where to focus the consultation work under the larger divide of Recruiting vs Retention. Clients can mix and match as the please with in the limitations of their package.
Lite: A 60 Minute Meeting and any 4 service subcategories
Standard: Two 60 Min Meetings (or 1 combined meeting) and any 8 service subcategories
Extensive: Three 60 Min Meetings (or 1 combined) and all service subcategories
Additional meeting time can be purchased but not additional categories. As seen, this is strategy and planning evaluation as the focus for this service. If you need help with implementation, we can discuss a possible separate contract(s) for me to stay on to help bring to reality what was discussed. Rates will be different than the consultation packages and fees.

Korbin has a great attitude. My project was quite ambiguous. I think Korbin would do really well with projects that have clearer deliverables, but I enjoyed working with her and she was reliable to show up when she said she would.
