You will receive a fully developed recruitment philosophy and strategy that will transform your hiring. This project will leave you with processes, procedures, tools and templates to ensure that hiring managers are able to identify top talent, quickly and cost effectively.
Everything will be completely customized to your company, its mission/goals, values, and priorities. In order to do this effectively, we'll meet for an initial intake meeting after your submission so I can do a deeper dive on what exists already and what you're looking for.
From there, I'll start designing your strategy and processes, gathering your expertise and feedback along the way, to ensure that you're getting exactly the value your company needs!
At the end of the project, you'll receive a folder that includes:
