I will analyze your house by looking at your floorplans and house interiors through Feng Shui. I will provide my recommendations on what to change in order to make the house more attractive to buyers. As a result, you will be able to sell/rent out a house faster and for a higher profit. I am the founder of a real estate consulting company that helps individuals, RE agents and investors sell houses faster and for more by making them prettier and more liveable.
I will give you my recommendations but whether you implement them is up to you. Depending on a house, the recommendations may differ. I aim at minimizing the costs of implementations (unless you ask me otherwise), so I will work with the things you currently have, sometimes recommending some not-costly purchases like plants, etc.

In my work, I mostly utilize the new-in-the-West principles of Feng Shui, which help make the spaces more liveable and prettier. As a result of the introduced changes, more buyers want to look at a certain house and may pay for it more.
The nice aspect about working with Feng Shui is that we minimize the costs needed to make the property look much better. Sometimes, a house needs new furniture, but often we may work with what we have if you prefer to minimize spending. We still get great results because there are often so many other aspects of the property that are the most significant and cost nothing to alter.
The point is, I will not recommend renovations that may have cost you a fortune for most houses!

I will analyze your house interiors (online) and house plans and give recommendations on making the property more attractive to buyers. 2) If you are a real estate agent/company
I may provide a similar service like point "1" above. I may either advise your clients on making their property attractive to buyers if you want to maximize your selling price and hence commissions, or work directly with you to analyze and recommend selling the property for the fastest and maximum price. Such a service may give you an edge as a selling agent as you will sell faster = more effective, and people will seek your services more.

3) If you are a real estate investor
