Hi friends, welcome to my profile. I am relatively new to Upwork but I have been practicing law in mainland China for quite some time already. I am a licensed lawyer in China experienced in corporate commercial matters, Chinese entity establishment, dispute resolution, supply and manufacturing agreements drafting, corpoate governance and negotiation, as well as employment matters in China.
I have a Master of Laws degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's Degree of laws from Sun Yat-sen University, both are prestigious universities within the area. Since I have been trained in both the Chinese legal system and the US legal system, I am very much aware of the difference between the two and know how to tailor my legal services for clients with different backgrounds and legal needs.
