I will read through your information, after sending you an NDA, and analyze the idea based on your requirements. Be specific in what you are looking for. Including reading your documentation and writing the analysis, I will spend at most 5 hours. If you ask me to detail the history of the universe, you won't get much value in that time. Good examples might be:
• Technical approach, how should we do this?
• Market fit, would this serve a need that you can see?
• Estimated time to build, assuming good developers or starting a team from scratch?
• Would it be a good idea from an investment perspective?

Expert Unity Shader / Texture / URP / LIghting
This person overcharges like crazy ! He runs a supposed "studio". He sent Leo, an expert at 2D shader to work with me and charged me 600 dollars fixed price. Afterwards, he told me the project was too complicated and should have costed 1200 for a simple water shader. Leo told me her hourly rate was 37 dollars but Bjorn told me her rate was 130 dollars / hour ?
I asked around other freelancers in Upwork and told me the work should have costed no more than 200 dollars for what I wanted.
Would stay away from this person and his shady practices.
Edit: Not only did you overcharge, you also lied. My communications were clear to Leo at the beginning. Leo admitted to not understanding what I wanted, the only revisions we made were the textures that were off, which Leo tested several times to get the perfect pattern that I needed. I've worked with another Shader expert here at 1/3 of the original price with the same quality.
I originally asked Leo to set up an hourly payment to help me set up future water shaders, in which you agreed to but still wanted to overcharge me. In case you were wondering, Leo was the one who admitted to your shady practices and even she was shocked by the price you set.
This is my last time replying to you, but I would ask everyone do their own research based off of the price of your work before attempting to work with Bjorn.
