The deliverables of my project are more numerous and different than the typical consultancy projects, which focus only on one sustainability topic. As a sustainability expert trained and certified in various topics, within one project, I can analyze your company's E-S & G performance, calculate its GHG emissions, aka carbon footprint, draft policies and analyze Diversity scores. I can also provide consultancy on which sustainability certification to seek at which stage of your company maturity, pros&cons of each certification roadmap and strategic planning. After such guidance on certification process, I will run a gap analysis and recommend action steps. This is not just a reporting of what you currently have, but also a roadmap for a holistic sustainability journey. It will also include guidance on prioritization of topics to work on.
I will also benchmark your company against your competitors (if their sustainability performance is publicly disclosed) and help you strategically position the company in alignment with the criteria of B Corp, Ecovadis, etc.
Lastly I will leave you with clear steps to follow to apply and hopefully get a high score in certification.
