Your non-profit will get a detailed analysis of your current disaster preparedness capabilities spanning HR, operations, IT, communications, facilities, Board relations, and finances. From this I will work with you to develop a Continuity of Operations Plan for review, adoption and implementation. The tier pricing is based on the size and complexity of the organization - small non-profit (small staff, small budget), medium non-profit (10-50 staff, larger revenue). large non-profit (50 or greater staff and over $10 million in revenue with possibly multiple facilities and multiple programs).
We will map out what you need based on location, infrastructure, demographics and other factors to help you with a plan that can ensure short through long term recovery and sustainability - our goal is to make your agency recovery as easy as possible.
