My career began at Capital One where I received excellent recruitment training. From there I left to create an in-house recruitment function for Brooklyn's largest real estate developer (Two Trees). I specialized in Sales recruitment and expanded to recruiting for the corporate office and eventually their philanthropic portfolio. My last project included the staffing of Domino Park where I created a community based recruitment model for the very successful opening team.
The latest experiences I were apart of included two tech start ups (SaaS & API). Post tech lay-offs I have gone independent and am here to help companies create their human capital teams!
