Project details
Once I receive the job description, I'll spend some time learning the basic qualifications. I'll then source the candidate from multiple sources such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards and approach them and screen them on the phone, gauge the candidate and ensure they meet the basic qualifications. Once I'm happy with the candidate, I'll forward the profile to the hirigin manager with a detailed note.
