You will get a startup operations strategy session and action plan

Project details
You will get a focused operations strategy engagement that turns your company’s most pressing operational challenges into a clear, practical action plan.
I work with founders and growing teams that need stronger systems, clearer ownership, better prioritization, and more consistent execution. My approach is guided by the RADCL methodology: Research, Awareness, Development, Community, and Leverage. Rather than applying a generic operating system, I first work to understand how your business actually functions, where work is getting stuck, and what your team can realistically sustain.
Depending on the package you select, we will identify your core bottlenecks, clarify priorities, improve decision-making, and develop a written 30- or 90-day roadmap. Recommendations may cover workflows, delegation, team accountability, customer onboarding, project management, meetings, product operations, or founder dependency.
The result is a customized roadmap with prioritized actions, clear next steps, and practical recommendations you can begin implementing immediately.

Social Media Review
Bryan was amazing. He did a thorough social media review for me and then took the time to explain strategies on how we could increase reach and engagement on both platforms. He finished the project quickly and efficiently. Great work! Excellent to work with.

Need help analyzing a Google Analytics Report and Marketing Suggestions
Bryan was a consummate professional. He is very knowledgeable about Google Analytics, SEO, and marketing strategies in general which helps tremendously. He created an amazing report to make sure that I understood all of the data and his recommendations. His recommendations were valid, substantial, and helped tremendously in our project. He went above and beyond to understand my client to provide strategies to help them improve in their niche market and to help me look good in my presentation. He utilized the project task list on Upwork to keep us both informed on his project which I am realizing is significant, since some freelancers don't use it. And to top it all off, Bryan finished before the deadline! I am so thankful & I look forward to working with him again in the near future.
About Bryan
Fractional COO | Startup Operations, Systems & Execution
Abingdon, United States - 2:06 am local time
Projects are slipping. Priorities constantly change. Information lives in too many places. The founder remains involved in every decision, and the team is working hard without always moving in the same direction.
I help founders turn that operational chaos into a functioning business.
I am a startup operator and fractional COO with experience bringing products to market, building organizations from the ground up, designing operating systems, leading cross-functional initiatives, and turning early-stage ideas into executable plans.
I work best with startups, small businesses, and founder-led organizations that have gained traction but need stronger systems, clearer priorities, and experienced operational leadership.
HOW I CAN HELP
• Fractional COO and strategic operating support
• Business and operational assessments
• Strategic planning and execution roadmaps
• Project and portfolio management systems
• SOPs, workflows, and process improvement
• KPIs, dashboards, and accountability systems
• Team structure, roles, and meeting cadences
• Product launches and go-to-market execution
• Technology selection, implementation, and automation
• Founder support and cross-functional leadership
I have worked across SaaS, technology, esports, gaming, higher education, consulting, nonprofits, and service-based businesses. My experience sits at the intersection of operations, product, organizational strategy, and execution.
I do not arrive with a rigid framework and force your company into it. I first learn how your business works, identify what is blocking progress, and build practical systems appropriate for your team, stage, and resources.
Depending on your needs, I can:
• Diagnose a specific operational problem
• Build a system or process from the ground up
• Lead a strategic project through completion
• Establish your company’s operating rhythm
• Serve as an ongoing fractional COO or strategic operator
The goal is not to produce more documents or add unnecessary meetings. The goal is to create clarity, strengthen execution, and build a business that does not depend on the founder personally managing every moving part.
Send me a message with what is currently breaking, slowing down, or keeping you involved in the day-to-day. I will help you identify the most practical next step.
