I work to transition the perception of HR from police to partner. I have 20+ years of well-rounded experience in Human Resources, starting with Talent Acquisition (before we even called it that) and Branding to Employee Relations and Leadership Development as well as Compensation and Benefits. I am also Myers Briggs certified. I have experience with manufacturing, technology, engineering, construction and non-profit organizations while leading teams of 2-20. I am currently a consultant supporting a number of small to medium sized organizations.

I love to generate new ideas and create solutions to build the most effective workforces. Through a blend of fun, unique recruiting tactics, and methods of leveraging employee strengths, I can help build a strategic company culture.
