• Developing a good understanding of companies work culture and environment and Interview process design based on your company's ( If requested)
• Working closely with hiring managers to understand current & future requirements, design, implement the sourcing strategy to close these in a time bound manner.
• Headhunting identifying and approaching suitable candidates using Boolean search. (Short List / Long List Candidates)
• Developing relationships with candidates, evaluating candidates qualifications against position requirements and understanding their skills and cultural match to a position
