A good business plan is not only in the writing, but in the preparation work. No industry, no idea and no team will be the same, but there are some common aspects to all good business plans. A good business plan realistically identifies the threats and chances of success. My motto: plan twice and build once.
I have over 9 years’ worth of expertise in coaching, and preparing start-ups for their dreams to come true at an international level. As a lecturer and coach, I am helping young entrepreneurs to crystalize their ideas into actionable business plans that will succeed in the long run. As mentor for one of the top incubators in the world, I help a lot of great young businesses to start and refine their business plans. As a judge in various competitions, hackathons and start-up programs, I have witnessed many failures and flops, but also the keys that can make a real difference in a well written plan. And finally, as an investor, I apply my skills to find and invest in businesses that I understand and believe in.
