Then I turned around and taught my daughter, my son, and clients the same tools - Same results! My coaching is rooted in mindset work, subconscious reprogramming, and rebuilding self-trust. I don't coach from a textbook - I coach from lived experience. And I do it in English and Spanish, because every woman deserves to be coached in the language that feels like home.
