Though well-meaning, most of the workplace wellness programs have missed the mark. True Workplace Wellness is predicated on these concepts:
• the health of your organization and the health of your employees are inextricably intertwined, and
• the key to both requires an understanding of this reciprocal relationship through a mental health lens.
To survive The Great Resignation, companies need to effectively address Workplace Wellness, the key to achieving both retention and productivity while simultaneously building a thriving company comprised of thriving employees.
This short survey is an ideal starting point. More in depth than a pulse survey yet not overly cumbersome for employees, this survey was crafted to both assess and catalyze your company’s Workplace Wellness. It consists of 14 carefully chosen Likert-Scale statements and two optional open-ended responses, designed to be efficient, effective, and employee-centric.
