This program is built around that gap. Two focused training sessions cover the philosophy and the framework. The rest of the engagement is hands-on accompaniment through live sprints — building the backlog, running the first planning session, facilitating the daily stand-up, and staying present while the team learns to own the process.

Every tier includes: Agile Team Handbook, Sprint Board, Sprint Planning Template, Retrospective Template, and an SLA Template to define your team's working agreements.

Starter (up to 10 people): 2 accompaniment sessions + 1 check-in + 2 weeks async.

Standard (up to 25 people): 4 accompaniment sessions + 2 check-ins + 4 weeks async.

Advanced (up to 50 people): 6 accompaniment sessions + 3 check-ins + 6 weeks async.

Note: "revisions" = accompaniment sessions.

We align on the team's starting point, define the sprint owner's role, identify anticipated resistance, and agree on the framework — Scrum, Kanban, or a hybrid — that fits your team's rhythm.

Review the work, release payment, and leave feedback to Araceli.
