How the System Works
1️⃣ Candidate applies via Google Form
2️⃣ Resume (PDF) uploads to Google Drive
3️⃣ AI reads and analyzes the resume
4️⃣ AI compares the candidate with the job role stored in Google Sheet (Sheet 1)
5️⃣ AI scores the candidate and shortlists (Yes / No)
6️⃣ Results are written to Google Sheet (Sheet 2)
7️⃣ If shortlisted, AI generates custom interview questions
8️⃣ If not qualified, the candidate is clearly marked
