Built a full-stack AI-powered HR recruitment platform using ASP.NET Core and ML.NET that automates candidate screening and ranking for hiring managers.
The system accepts resumes in PDF/Word format, extracts key skills and experience using NLP, and scores each candidate against job requirements using a trained ML.NET classification model — eliminating manual CV screening for hundreds of applicants.
