What sets me apart as a coach is the unique blend of my academic, professional, and personal experience. I hold an M.A. in Popular Music/Educating Artist, and have had the privilege of facilitating healing sessions all over the world.
MY APPROACH AS A COACH
As a coach, my first priority is always to understand what brings you to me. I want to know who you are, where you are now, and where you want to be. We will identify your superpowers—your natural talents and existing strengths—and work together to assess what else is needed to achieve the goals we have set.
MY METHODOLOGY
I am a sound healer and use guided music meditation to tap into your inner wisdom. I also love getting creative in adapting and/or designing tools such as writing, painting, body movement, and breath, - depending on what is right for you and your journey.
This allows me to offer a well-rounded, holistic approach to helping you find your voice. Let's get to it! :)
