From sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management and salary negotiation, I handle every step of the process and guarantee that I will find you a candidate you will hire. Period. That's my guarantee.

-For the Sourcing tiers, I use multiple sourcing techniques, tools and platforms. Candidate data I provide depends on what is available but you'll get some form of contact information, direct email(s) along with phone number(s) and of course a LinkedIn profile and/or resume if they have one I can source without interviewing. Of course, for White Glove, I will be actively interviewing candidates so I'll have all of their info, including resume.

For tiers 1 and 2 (Sourcing), I provide a list of candidates that match the must have skills and experience as established by the client. For tier 3, White Glove, I provide a candidate that is both qualified, interested and accepts client offer.
