In addition, start-up businesses and SMMEs find it hard to spot risks in their financial forecasts. We take you’re your draft financial plan and analyze it using a unique tool. We call this tool the Entrepreneurs Acid Test. Once we added your data to our tool, we engage with you to understand how to adjust your financial forecasts so that they can be useful to lenders, and investors and to set up action plans so that you can meet specific revenue goals in your business. The workbook that we produce for you will be used to guide you in at least two one-on-one sessions so that you can learn how to use the workbook effectively in all plans for your business.
