We utilise LinkedIn Recruiter to search profiles with boolean keywords. We have extensive experience in outreach messages to candidates to attract them to job roles, and we will then sell and promote the job opportunity to them.
We also have access to our own TalentSourcer™ AI platform with access to over 200 million candidates globally, we can email passives candidates directly to their work email address. These candidates are not on job boards or applying to job roles, however will meet the exact job criteria for your job roles.
