Kickoff Call with Hiring Manager
First, I'll need to meet with the hiring manager for the role(s) I'll be recruiting for. During this "kickoff" call, I'll ask a series of questions to help me source and submit high-quality talent who can thrive at your company.
Demo Candidate Submission
Following the Kickoff Call, if the role is highly technical or unique in nature, I may source a few "dummy" candidates and present them to the hiring manager. This way, I can ensure I am sourcing for the right type of talent.
