With a Financial and accounting manager. I do as follows:
Reasonability check of payment required documents
Responsible book all accounts data into system software
• Monitor weekly cash flow and manage bank reconciliations;
• Monitor and control Selling, Purchase & Account Payable,
(AP, AR) Revenue & Account Receivable, Payroll, Fixed
assets, cost, electronic data processing, and update/revise the
procedure if needed.
• Process all General Ledger journal vouchers, including
salary & depreciation… Review the information before closing;
• Review weekly/ monthly reconciliations AP, AR with
suppliers/ customers.
• Reconcile, check revenue & expense accounts
Set up an Accounting system, Policies, and regulations of the
company compliance with Vietnam standards and laws
Building Financial model and process in the company for
cashflow management, AR, AP, Payroll, Labor management
sheets...
• Overseeing 3 staff and guiding staffs from another dept
to compliances with relevant regulations and updates;
• Contact and work with tax officers
• Support Auditor's internal international
• Responsible explain all things related to (IAS, VAS, IFRS)
Accounting and reporting directly to Indonesia Financial
controller, Auditor internal international
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly tax reports (VAT, CIT,
PIT…), Financial report monthly/yearly (P&L, BS, CFs) and
Financial Settlement Taxes
• Prepare monthly P&L, and CFS forecasts and compare with
actual vs budget CFs cash low
• Provide financial analysis on monthly/ quarterly/annually
• Provide monthly financial statements (Profit & loss statement,
balance sheet) and management financial reports
monthly/quarters/yearly (P&L, BS, FS, cost center expenses
the report, unit cost of parts.
• Presentation report to BOD annually.
