I am an Ecuadorian environmental attorney with over 20 years of experience in environmental law, constitutional rights, and public policy across Latin America. My academic background includes a Master of Laws (LLM) in Energy and Environmental Law from Tulane University (New Orleans, USA), and my professional career spans roles as Legal Advisor to Ecuador's Constitutional Court (2013–2016), consultant to the Ministry of Environment (2010–2012), and university lecturer since 2008. I am the author of "Constitutional Justice Applied to the Defense of Environmental Rights and the Rights of Nature" (CEDENMA, 2018) and co-author of the chapter "The Rights of Nature in Ecuador: An Overview of the New Environmental Paradigm," published by Routledge/Taylor & Francis — one of the world's leading academic publishers. I work in both English and Spanish and offer three core services: legal research and analysis on environmental law, expert consulting for NGOs, law firms, and research institutions, and academic writing support in the field of environmental and constitutional law.
