Starter Project: 5 Hour Consult / Standard: 10 Hour Consult / Advanced: 15 Hour Consult
With these packages, you will get my time, as a consultant, to review your non-profit organization, with a focus on any areas that you are finding particularly challenging. With your knowledge of your organization, and my expertise, we will work through your challenges, answer your questions, review your systems and solve any problems that we might find along the way.
With my focus on systems and structures, I will help find gaps that you may not have been aware of (or unsure how to solve), and work with you to find solutions, to help your organization move forward with the best possible plans. Work will include an overview of all of your systems (eg are your strategic plans aligned with your fundraising plans and goals?), with further emphasis on any areas that you would like to spend more time on (eg improving your 5-year plan, updating your website content or others).

About Stephanie

I am a consultant with a broad range of experience and skill sets. I have a particular interest in helping small non-profits thrive - including with support related to program planning and strategic planning, and have several years of experience in the Middle East, including work as an adult EAL teacher. I am 100% plant-based/vegan, and love helping others learn how to switch from an animal-based diet to a plant-based diet. I have a strong interest in sustainability and zero-waste living, as demonstrated on my site: "Menno Adventures".
I bring a strong skill set, lots of experience, a broad knowledge base and strong commitment to the projects I work with. I have very strong skills related to working with systems (eg overall org charts/program plans etc for small NGOs), and am able to quickly help NGOs find gaps that they might otherwise be missing, thus empowering them to work more effectively to achieve their goals.
NOTE: Having taken some time off with our two children (thus the gaps in time frame/history, with some smaller projects during that time that are not noted), I am now actively building up my freelance business.
Steps for completing your project
After purchasing the project, send requirements so Stephanie can start the project.

Initial consult
This is the first meeting (2.5 hours). We will go through an overview of your organization, summarize key challenges, work through initial challenges and plan the rest of the contract time.
Second (and further) meetings (if in the contract hours)
With the longer packages, we will continue to dig deeper into your organization, doing further assessments, problem-solving and planning - working on any questions that you have, as well as new items that may come up as we are working together.
