Fifteen years ago I walked into my first real L&D role and found what most organizations still have today: a pile of courses nobody finished, trainings that changed nothing, and a leadership team that had stopped expecting much from the learning function. That gap between what exists and what is actually needed is what I have been closing ever since.

Most of my work has been building things from scratch. At EnterTalkPro I stood up an entire learning function for over 65,000 employees in 30 countries, which meant designing the strategy, launching a corporate university, building out the LMS infrastructure, and developing more than 50 programs covering everything from onboarding to senior leadership development. Those programs ran with an 89% completion rate and an NPS of 87, which told me folks were finding real value in the work, not just checking a box. Before that, at Selina, I ran corporate training across 36 locations in 12 countries and certified over 20 managers as internal coaches, and earlier in my career I logged over 1,000 hours facilitating virtual learning for adult professionals across Latin America.

The thread running through all of it has been the same: figure out what the business actually needs, build something that fits the people doing the work, and measure whether any of it lands. What I bring to a contract engagement is the ability to operate at both ends of that process. Some clients need someone to think through strategy with them at the leadership level. Others need someone to open a particular course authoring tool and build a course by Friday. Most need both at different points, and I move between those modes without losing sight of what we are trying to accomplish.
