A kick-off call to clarify scope and desired outcomes. Structure: short intro, process walkthrough, pain points, success criteria. Key questions: Where does work slow down? Who decides priorities? What does “good structure” mean to you?
We will review existing tools, trackers, and workflows. Identify ownership gaps, dependency bottlenecks, and information silos. Output: internal flow map and key observations.
