Unfortunately, the freelancer didn't follow my instructions. I explicitly asked NOT to use Alibaba and 1688 for sourcing and she used both for sourcing. While Shi was polite, pleasant and have a great communication in English, a failure to follow simple instructions is a No-Go for me.
