About Liesl
Consulting Psychologist and People Management Specialist

I ran two successful psychology practices for 10 years, conducting intellectual, personality and behavioural assessments and providing psychotherapy to individual clients, couples, groups and families. During this time I served as a consultant for corporate clients assisting with assessment services, employee wellness support, employee development and relationship building.
I am a specialist in Language and Behaviour Analysis for the purposes of managing internal and external risk factors.
I worked full time for a private risk management company that provides businesses and governments with intelligence support, counter-intelligence support and stakeholder management support to anticipate future probabilities and identify potential risks. My role was defined as Head: Psychological and Behaviour Profiling. As part of a multi-dimensional team, my role focused on assisting corporate clients to:
o Manage their internal and external People Risk by providing profiles on individuals, groups, organisations and countries.
o Strengthen relationships – both internally and externally.
o Manage negotiations and conflict situations with ease.
o Manage change within the company more effectively.
I currently work as a freelance consultant focusing on Behavioural Assessment & Management to assist with all HR needs.
I have an excellent knowledge base and experience in: recruitment; people management; people risk management; behavioural economics; project management; corporate governance; strategy design; facilitation; and research & analysis, allowing me to implement required solutions through product development, workshops, strategy sessions and plan development.
