You will get A COS™ review of your feasibility report for ESG, risk and bankability

Project details
You will get an independent COS™ review of your feasibility report or business case, assessed for governance, risk, ESG, and bankability before it reaches lenders, investors, or donor agencies.
With 22 years on large-scale infrastructure across Nepal, Bahrain, and Qatar, and extensive review of preliminary and detailed feasibility reports, I apply my published COS™ methodology to show where your report is strong and where it is exposed. I do not rewrite your study. I review it the way an institutional reviewer would, flag gaps and untested assumptions, and give you prioritised recommendations to strengthen it before submission. The work is ethical, evidence-based, and structured to withstand lender and donor scrutiny.

About Susil
CCM | Infrastructure Compliance, QA/QC & ESG Governance Advisor
Bhaktapur, Nepal - 6:00 pm local time
I have overseen underground EHV cable projects from 66kV to 400kV as Project Leader and Senior Inspector, coordinated multi-agency utilities across 16km of highway reconstruction, and supported QA/QC and safeguards delivery on major infrastructure, with documentation structured to IFC Performance Standards and ADB requirements.
I developed the COS™ Methodology (Compliance, Oversight, Sustainability), an open-access, ethics-first governance framework published on Zenodo (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.20019180, CC BY 4.0) and shared with CMAA for feedback.
To make the framework usable for any team, I have published three free COS™ governance tools, a Compliance Register, an Oversight Dashboard, and a Sustainability Baseline. Samples are in my portfolio below, free to use.
WHAT I DELIVER:
✔ COS™ Compliance Audit Reports, three-pillar assessment with C, O, S findings and remediation guidance, structured for ADB, World Bank, IFC, and GCF submission.
✔ QA/QC System Development, Compliance Register and NCR register setup, method statement review, audit-ready documentation, ISO 9001:2015 based.
✔ OSH and QHSE Advisory, site audit, management system, incident reporting, ISO 45001 and IFC PS2/PS4 aligned.
✔ IFC Performance Standards, PS1 to PS8 gap assessment and documentation for regulated and donor-funded infrastructure.
✔ ESG and Sustainability Baseline, SDG mapping, ESG metric framework, carbon tracking, GRI, SASB, and TCFD aligned.
