I am a CPA with eighteen years experience, including twelve years in financial strategy roles (valuations, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, etc). Additionally, I have experience preparing valuation reports for litigation and presenting my findings in court.
I will prepare a business valuation for business partner disputes, divorce proceedings, preparing a business for sale, and other situations. If required by the client, I will provide a list of documents to be subpoenaed, attend depositions, conduct research, complete the business valuation, prepare a signed valuation report, present my findings in front of a judge under oath, and other duties as required.
Project price is my hourly rate, and the total hours will vary depending on the scope of the project. Upon request, I can share a redacted sample of my work.
