(4) Net present Value & Internal Rate of Returns
The project also covers a review of the business valuation. The review includes various factors in intrinsic valuation:
1) Accuracy of DCF calculation.

3) Terminal value & all other assumptions.
Other methods can also be done based on the client's request such as a Payback period, Liquidation method, Replacement cost, and many more.
