Thomas did overall a quick turnaround and communicated well for our small sample product, however we received a conflicting compliance report from a compliance firm with reasoning behind it, so we can not trust this report. After checking with thomas he still wasn't able to clarify .

The report they gave me was not complete did not cite proper compliance articles and mislabelled certain stuff that was mandatory or optional. I have little confidence in the report.
