I have worked on numerous projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region as a Senior Cost Estimator. I have performed detailed quantity take-off, conducted market research for large dollar equipment, and prepared cost estimates for various projects, including interior renovation, exterior façade, roof renovation, exterior plaza renovation, federal buildings, data centers, and leased facilities. Projects included extensive mechanical upgrades, air-handler replacements, piping replacement, and electrical systems upgrades. Developing estimates typically requires studying the scope, evaluating construction feasibility, and determining the means and methods to produce accurate cost estimates.
