Strategy Session
I will meet with your leadership team to learn more about the transition, as well as the outcomes you're looking for. We will discuss the overall strategy for coaching, and I will explain the coaching process.
1:1 Coaching for Leaders
Each leader will have one 60-minute coaching session each month of the project. All coaching will need to be completed within 90 days from when the first coaching session is scheduled.
