About Rachel

My clinical background is broader than most. I've worked in med-surg, skilled nursing, home health, and aesthetic medicine. I understand healthcare across the full spectrum, from high-acuity hospital patients to complex homebound cases to elective wellness. I'm fluent in Epic, Cerner, and PointClickCare, and I hold certifications ranging from ultrasound-guided IV placement to dementia care training.
On the health tech and operations side, I served as Senior Clinical Advisor and Customer Success Lead at a360, an AI-powered SaaS platform for healthcare operations. I joined at the founding stage and built the customer success function from scratch: onboarding system, product demos, account management, clinical SOPs, and patient-facing documentation. I know how to translate between clinical teams and technical products, which is a harder skill to find than most people realize.
I also run Rachel Marx Consulting, a clinical operations consultancy serving aesthetic clinics across Portugal and the Iberian Peninsula. My focus here is conducting audits, building SOPs, advising on tech implementation, and acting as a fractional clinical ops partner for growing practices.
