I have over 20 combined years of experience in Real Estate Development, Project Management and Pre-Construction. I have led projects ranging from 1 large single family home upwards to 100+ multifamily units. This experience allows me to oversee the process of securing required entitlements, approvals, and allows me to navigate public meetings (ie City Council, Planning Commission) for the timely completion of projects.

My experience also specializes in managing planning, design, budgeting, financing (with a unique knowledge of public funding/affordable housing), financial modeling/pro forma management for new developments or renovation projects. My experience includes Project Management and financial modeling/underwriting for both ownership and rental product. I am certified in Primavera and have advanced training in MS Excel.

I am further able to use this knowledge to help local homeowners to navigate the process of developing an ADU or managing the creation of a "granny flat" on their property. While homeowners can take this on themselves, or can simply hire contractor, this can be a daunting task. There are also risks inherent in working with a contractor who does not have advanced experience in the planning, permitting, and budgeting for this type of project. I manage the entire process and can even help you to select the best available contractor through a carefully managed process. You can simply rest easy while we build you a beautiful new Casita.
