BACKGROUND:
Prior to consulting, I spent 3.5 years at Swinerton Builders estimating and scheduling projects ranging from $2.5M to $50M - including new hospitals, high schools, retail and parking structures. I earned two Swinerton Excellence Awards for coming in under budget on major healthcare builds. I hold a B.S. in Civil & Structural Engineering from USC and completed USC's Real Estate Finance & Development program in 2025.
