Did my due diligence first and checked out the website and reviews etc before committing. Asked lots of questions of Abdullah for over a week before agreeing. I thought this chap is going to be getting tired of me before we even start but he was great. There was a hick up with the initial contract set up and I had to pay Abdullah upfront but I need not have worried about that. Abdullah retrieved most of the my old website from Wayback Machine. I knew there could be some gaps as there is within the Wayback Machine Archives but I was more than pleased. The home page was set up exactly as it was on my old site , probably as straight cut and pasted. The rest of the pages were set out as I remembered but not with the old black colour background theme. I was okay with these as I wanted to learn how to edit within Wix myself and change and add things as I went along. I did ask initially about a couple of things I could not work out and before I knew it Abdullah had sorted it for me. After that ( and it was after several days) I just messaged him about issues I was having, sent a screen shot and just asked him to guide me in where to find what I needed to do. I am sure he would have done everything for me but I wanted to learn. I also then noticed a whole page section of photo albums had not been retrieved. Abdullah explained that technically it was a different domain than the one I asked to restore. However, he went ahead and retrieved all the images and sent to me in a zip file. That must have took him quite a while to do. He also informed I can ask for anything anytime regarding assistance. The chat box remains open to use. Abdullah has done more than enough and I am very pleased with his work. Highly recommended.
